(Antique?) Ginori Plates - dating and usability for eating? USA.

A friend inherited a full service set from her grandmother. We are trying to figure out how old these are, and the name of the pattern. We are also curious if these are safe to eat from, or if we should be concerned about lead, etc. The designs seem not to be sealed in by a glaze - when we run our fingers over them they feel raised. We would be grateful for your input! Thank you!

Why does “aquatic ambiance” by Scizzie invoke strong nostalgic yet creepy emotions when listening?

This song is used in many “nostalgia”-related TikTok videos. For example, it is often played accompanying images of early 2000s scenes of classrooms, toys, etc.

It makes me feel so nostalgic but also on edge and a little creeped out when I hear it. How does this work? How is the music structured in such a way to accomplish this?

Or, is it just that I associate the song with nostalgic images, and it’s the images that make me feel that way?

Thank you!! This has been on my mind!

Of course, I realize why prenups can be immensely important. I notice, though, that in progressive circles, the maxim is that you should always get a prenup, no matter what.

Is this universally true? For example, for a couple without significant assets entering into a marriage in an equitable distribution state like NY. Could there even be potential downsides to a prenup?

Truly just curious and trying to be thorough. I myself am a progressive, but find that this is such a hot issue that people don’t want to even discuss nuances (if they exist). Thank you!
