Is there any Website to do that?

It is a Football penalty Game for 1 or 2 Players.
Rules:

Single Player Mode

Instructions Single Player:

Striker: You take the ball and choose whether you

want to shoot it left, center, or right. Then you place

the ball there. Next, you draw a card. It says where

the goalkeeper jumps. If he jumps in the same

direction you are shooting, he has saved it. If you

score, you place a green token on the scoreboard. If

you miss, you place a red one.

Goalkeeper: The same as the striker, just the other

way around.

Multiplayer Mode

Instructions Multiplayer:

Goalkeeper: Chooses a card showing where he wants

to jump and places it face down.

Striker: After the goalkeeper has placed the card, he

chooses where he wants to shoot and places the ball

Hi, I have a Challenge for the add on creators. I think a Football referee add on would be nice, with Npc‘s, a VAR System, Yellow and Red cards and more. Can somebody Code that? Or does something Like that already exist?
