Completed all crucibles but it's still 14/15...

I completed all crucible challenges, got all of the rewards related to each challenge, and somehow still 14/15... Is the game bugged? If so, then RIP 100% run... I even restart the game and return to the realm after.

Surtr, Blades of Chaos, and the Primordial Fire...

Has it ever explained >!why Surtr needs the Blades of Chaos specifically to transform him into Ragnarok? When Surtr noticed there is primordial fire in the Blades he told Kratos to go to Ginnungagap so he can draw its primordial fire, imbue it to the Blades, and stab him in Sinmara's heart. But can't he just directly draw the primordial fire from the void and imbue directly to the heart to jump start it? Or can't he just use any blade that can hold primordial fire and stab himself with it? Surtr is said to create a sword that can hold primordial fire to destroy Asgard, he can obviously create a blade that can turn him into Ragnarok without the Blades of Chaos. And also it shouldn't matter which primordial fire as he stated.!<
