I'm looking to put together a Stasi uniform, is there any difference between Stasi and NVA shoulder boards that are both red? Some stores mark them the same and some stores mark them differently.
I have this East German trenchcoat, and I don't know much about it, I'm seeing that it's likely a police one based off of the color. Does anybody know for sure what it is, and what shoulder boards I can get for it? It doesn't seem to have the standard east German shoulder board attachments, and I don't have any to see if they go on right.
The lighting in the picture is bad, it's a dark teal color.
