Tried emailing + messaging on Messenger to talk to a live agent but to no avail. App won't work either. Is going to the nearest store the only way to cancel my plan? I had it installed in November 2024 and I'm terminating it because of the shitty connection issues I've been having for nearly a year now

To redditors who live in CityFlats Circuit, what wireless internet do you use and how much does it cost monthly?

I availed DITO's ₱1490 monthly plan 2 yrs ago but starting 2025, sobrang bumagal siya and most of the time, naka-mobile data lang ako because laging walang wifi.
