Sermorelin Order Frustrations

I paid $50 for an async appointment and was approved for Sermorelin for 1/2 the dose I have been taking for the last 3 months with a different dosing schedule (I indicted the dose and schedule in the intake and the provided recorded this in their notes).

Whatever, I am going on trip and need to get some before I leave and don't feel like fighting this. There was no notification the I had been approved, and I only know because it has been a few days so I checked the portal.

I don't see that an order has gone through, even though I authorized Pom to charge me and ship if approved. I also don't see a charge for the order on my card, only for the appointment.

I do see an option to pay for the order in the portal, but it is not counting the $50 fee I already paid.

I have been with Pom since last year for tirz, but this is my first time with the new portal, and after reading recents post I am not sure what to do. Is it likely that the have put the order through already, and way is the fee I already paid not reducing the amount the portal wants to charge me?

At my wits end

I have been taking sermorelin since April that I ordered through Gimme. I just went and ordered another month and for some reason the dose was lowered from 400mcg to 100mcg, which is not even an effective dose

I messaged the NP who wrote the prescription, and she is blaming me somehow. I can't get anyone at Gimme to fix the issue, or take any accountability for writing the wrong prescription.

Has this happened to anyone else?
