New interview with Alex out. He speaks with Guitar Center CEO Gabe Dalporto about early Warped Tours, making friends with artists while on the road, live shows, the album trilogy, etc.

I was listening to Rod Wave's new album and came across "Kiss Me Interlude," which interpolates Ed Sheeran's "Kiss Me." I thought it was pretty cool because Rod has his own lyrics/section, and then it immediately transitions into Ed's lyrics/melody. I wasn't expecting it because it was playing in the background, and then my head snapped up like a sleeper agent... wait a minute??? Ed??? I heard the Ed Sheeran part and my brain immediately clocked in for its shift, lmao.

Now I really want to make a playlist of songs that do this with Ed's music.

So, does anyone know of other artists who have interpolated Ed Sheeran songs? I'm specifically looking for songs that actually reuse/interpolate his lyrics or melody, rather than just covers. Or anyone who samples his songs will do too.

New interview out with Brooks for Atwood Magazine

All right! The dust has settled. It's been exactly a month since Sugar dropped and completed the trilogy. Has your opinion on it changed since release day? What's your most played track now that the initial excitement has settled? Did any songs grow on you that didn't click at first?

And now that all three are out, how do you rank Sugar against Sweet and Sad? Any lyrics that have stuck with you?

Drop your thoughts below!
