Would you support a mandatory media literacy test for voting that teaches you how to identify propaganda and think critically?

We take a test to drive, why isn't this more important? Or is the idea that driving to work is more important than a healthy democracy?

The DNC won't disavow AIPAC, won't implement any internal rules to disallow super PACs, and still demands your vote. So why do you vote for them?

They will literally leverage your dissatisfaction of Trump and the GOP against you by demanding vote blue no matter who, while at the same time doing NOTHING substantial to help YOU. Why continue down this path?

How do you guys deal with rats in the Mists?

Specifically if you are wearing a high value set. I just started wearing 5mil+ sets and every time I start a fight with someone, halfway through their savior comes to team me out of nowhere. This happened to me twice immediately after awakening a weapon. What's your strategy? Did I get unlucky? Or is it just part of the budget

Can someone help me understand why anyone should buy an awakened weapon for pvp when normal weapons perform better for the same cost?

It's literally not economical at all right? If you spent 1 mil on a 4.4 weapon, stats/rolls included, 1 mil on a normal weapon is going much further in a duel... right? So why?

My only guess is it allows for some customization for different playstyles

Need some tips against Glove users as a brawler in the Mists

I use better health potions than them and better puremist food, but I blink and after pressing 3 abilities they have already won the trade. Equal IP, 1350-1450

I'm using a carving sword right now, they are even bursting me through inferno shield. Any advice?

Things are wrong in the world. Do you have a responsibility to do something about it?

What if you could make a difference. That you knew in some capacity, you could right some wrongs. Do you believe in making a difference if you could? Or do you think letting things be will be enough?

Mists will end up like before the patch in two weeks

Empty and destitute, 80% gatherers with hardly anyone farming camps/mobs because the rewards still aren't worth it.

The issue with mists isn't that there are gucci uncapped players roaming around killing everyone, it's that those deaths are not calculated into the potential rewards. If people find that the fame is super good, you'll get a healthy population of fame farmers. If people find the camps are super profitable, you'll get a bunch of camp farmers. And when they keep coming back despite the deaths, they will be exposed and eventually start participating in the pvp. And that's when you will have a thriving mists population.

As they are, I don't think 40k avg uncommon chests in camps are worth it. Common chests you seem to only get books (maybe someone can tell me if the fame value went way up). But if you're getting common like 50%+ of the time, the math quickly doesn't add up.

I foresee a dead game mode in the coming weeks again if these issues aren't resolved. Mists are a nice way to break the monotony of other content. Fighting over frequent chests and wisps is exciting, same with abbey. But it needs to factor in the risk associated with higher/uncapped ip's for it to be a worthwhile mode, and it still does not.

I heard Mists got a loot update... but holy smokes

29m from a purple chest spawn on minimap, must have been medium I was too busy fighting to notice. Then I realized my inventory said 30m so I immediately stopped fighting and ran for the hills lol

For real though, are you guys noticing better loot on mists yet? Small camps seem to give a ton of books when green, but both medium and small seem to give some decent loot when uncommon, especially at the speed you can clear it.

Has PvP become incredibly bursty? I know arena 1v1's were pure burst, but now mists?

I feel like fights are twice as short as they used to be. Anyone else?

Which build/wep do you guys think is the best at "punching above their weight" in terms of fighting with an IP deficit?

Before anyone says anything about skill, assume the same skill level. I think frost does reliably well, it can really pick apart higher IP's if they don't take them seriously and aren't prepared.

BZ is unplayable as solo (mainly during peak hours/days) even with SAFE

No nodes to gather, constantly running into entire 7.3 gank squads roaming maps with no real reason to be there. Doesn't even matter where your SAFE portal goes, they're there waiting for you. And half the time it takes you only 2 zones away from royal city.

I will say though that the least populated maps, whether by zone/day/time make an extraordinary difference in BZ. The game is actually fun, there's actual nodes to farm, hardly any gankers, and a lot more solo encounters. It's 100% the way the game was meant to be played, and 100% more enjoyable. You can take chances on medium chests, objectives, whatever. That feeling of less restriction is quite liberating and well, fun.

But during peak hours, I have decided to not even attempt BZ anymore. After three consecutive nights around 5-6pm PST of getting ganked by 8 man 7.3 squads who seemingly know exactly where I am on the map and set up accordingly, it's just not worth it anymore. I stopped mists for exactly the same reason.

New slogan should be: "Welcome to Albion, group up or die!"

PvP Improvement Protip: Do NOT spend all your time 1v1 arena. Do corrupted or even better, mists.

I'm a huge pvper, I get to the top .01% in every game I play that I put my mind to. I didn't even try arenas when they first came out because the experience I was gaining from mists was invaluable.

So I finally try arena, and while fun, it is almost NOTHING like the real thing. For a new player or anyone trying to get better, this should be the last thing you do. The only time I could ever suggest going into arena is to familiarize yourself with a brand new weapon. That's it. Stay out.

Happy to explain further in replies, but I needed to get this message out. Good luck.

Died suddenly in a big camp with faction warfare group. No enemy nameplates near me, nothing.

This happened to me twice already, what on Earth is going on? It's like my whole group turns on me suddenly despite being in it.

In the book it says choice number one is let Horus kill humanity.

Choice two is stop Horus but let chaos ultimately triumph...

My question is, how? They cited "stagnation". What is that and how is chaos related to it?

This was probably the best book in the series so far, although it's hard to beat Loken and Horus. But the ending just doesn't make any sense. You can't seriously ask members of their race to exterminate themselves to avoid a greater evil... Especially if the alternative will take thousands of years. Anyone is going to risk finding another solution in that amount of time...

I love the concept of this ending, and maybe it will make sense later. But the execution wasn't the best, it was about to be a perfect story!
