Has anyone else noticed that Patrick sounds annoyed every time he talks to Thais? I can’t stand the tone and the way he speaks to her. He dumbs things down for her and acts like she is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Like there is not an ounce of love in the way he speaks to her and it’s so obvious. He’s such an asshole. With the pregnancy test in the latest resort episode he said “I’m relieved, but I’m more relieved that I won’t have to deal with how miserable you’d be.” Excuse me?! What about “I’m relieved that you won’t be miserable because you’re not pregnant.” God I hate this guy.
I just need to vent I guess, I went to an OBGYN to follow up on an ovarian cyst I had/talk about endo as I believe I have it. Cyst was resolved at the time of follow up US and I was told I probably have endo. But before diagnosing endo, (even tho I’ve had symptoms for a long ass time) they told me to do a low FODMAP diet and see if there are any triggers to my severe bloating. And go on this different birth control to suppress symptoms 🙃Well now that I have done that and cut out sugar alcohols, gluten, processed sugars, I’m STILL dealing with insane and uncomfortable bloating. Especially noticed after sex and it’s actually debilitating like I can’t do anything bc it’s so painful. I’m upset that what I was told was, hey do this diet and take more hormones and see what happens. Instead of jumping to let’s actually get in there and do some other type of imaging and possible exploratory surgery to see what’s going on. I wish there was an easier way to diagnose this and that they’d believe me from the jump that’s it’s not food related bloating. I have endometriosis goddammit.
An NP I saw to get a cardio referral, decided to do thyroid bloodwork since I haven’t had that done before and the TSH came back low, but the T3 and T4 were in the normal range. I have been dead tired lately, like I have to nap every day it’s that bad and that’s with 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I am waiting for a sleep study in late July to rule out sleep apnea and narcolepsy.. but this tiredness has been a little bit different from what I’m usually dealing with. I also have other symptoms of low thyroid such as, hair thinning, brittle nails and heart palpitations (although I have POTS and SVT..) my digestion I’ve noticed has been a lot slower and I bloat after I eat gluten and dairy. Anyway, I guess I would like to know what peoples early symptoms were and what they felt like tiredness wise. Is there a way to combat the exhaustion? I can’t do caffeine anymore, unfortunately.
