I don't mind the countryside, I actually love it, you get to see some nice views, but this road was a bit tight 😬, literally the width of the road was same as the with the width of car/truck.
I have never cooked red beans before. I was planning to cook some beans and smoked sausages. Normally I use white beans. This time co-op only had 2 tins of white beans so I had to improvise and I went for 2 cans of red beans to add to my recipe.
I think this is the 2nd time in my life I've seen this model. They must be very very rare!
Fried eggs, feta cheese, pickled red peppers and some smoked sausage in a poor light!
