Unable to "discover" new materials, even though I have them in my inventory. Is this a known bug?
I killed Hands, went to the swamp and gathered new materials, many materials gave me new discovery unlocks, however, after crafting the more metal and other ingots/wood; they will not show up in my discoveries. I restarted the game, created offline, tried changing containers to update the items. I also went to my friend's server and tried picking up one of his ingots and it still won't discover.
He then proceeded to pickup the same ingot that he crafted and now he is also unable to discover it. Did my bugged character also bug his character? Is this a known issue? There is no way to proceed forward since new recipes will not be able to unlock.
