6wpo t junction opening

Hello, I am currently six 6 weeks one day postop. Definitely feel like this recovery is taking a lot longer than I’d like my left boob healed pretty awesome and my right has had some issues since about four weeks. I had stitches left in place, but I started getting slough build-up at five weeks. I went to see my surgeon and he cleaned it out and re-stitched me. I don’t see it improving and still see a bit of an opening. What worked for you guys in this case, any advice would really help. I currently feel like I am losing hope for this.

The doctor has me applying polvos de sulpha powder to keep the area dry, but I don’t feel like the powder method is working.

PLEASE HELP! T Junction opening 6weeks post breast reduction

Hello everyone, I am currently six 6 weeks one day post Breast reduction. I am sending daily updates to my doctor and keep getting advised to keep applying polvos de sulfa to heal my wound and keep the area as dry as can be. At 4 1/2 weeks, my incision opened and I had slough, and I got new stitches put in place, which you can see in the photo and I still currently have them in place. I do see an opening. I just want my incision to close. Any advice? I would really appreciate it. This feels like it is taking forever to heal and I am losing hope.
