Which scaler looks better for 480p anime, like Dragon Ball, in your opinion?

I noticed there was a post from a year ago with a magnet link to this show, but it appears that the link is a dud now. I really want to watch this one because it's the one I remember from my childhood. Anyone have a torrent for it? Thanks in advance!

I’m not one to grind for every single soul. However, I encountered a Minotaur for the first time today. I killed it and got the Minotaur soul. But, after that, I went into a boss fight and died. I lost the soul. So, I tried to go back and fight the Minotaur again. I killed him 30 times and he hadn’t dropped the soul once.

This really sucks. I could have used the 8 extra strength
