I am 26M, working in Mumbai.
I often find myself wondering how do people deal with loneliness. Yes, you probably slog for hours under a toxic boss and then travel by train/bus, which is extremely frustrating. Yes, it’s a privilege to have a job and take care of those who depend on you. But it still leaves a void, right?
I am tired of just doom scrolling upon reaching home and actually looking for ideas that help me not feel this way. Any suggestions would be good.
If it involves meeting people in public and just sharing about the days of our lives, I think that’s a start. But just wondering how do people do it.
