Taking quick solo weekend Alabama beach trip. Apparently no smoking anywhere. I really like having a beer & cigar on the beach, depending on wind

I think I will attempt to sit away from people and take my chances. I suspect they will just say put it out & not hit me with a fine

Are they gonna run me off thr beach if I light up a cigar. Obviously courteous and would not be close to folks.
