its been 6-7 months haha 67 anywho its been 7 months with no discovery from the da or solicitors office. should i start filing for a motion to dismiss just to see how it turns out.

after a motion of discovery is filed if months go by and no evidence is presented can a motion to compel be filed to make them present evidence (if any)
