Goatis overall life advice is weird

Been watching Goatis for a while. his diet takes are good like raw dairy/meat, sunlight, nature, . But his overall life advice honestly feels really contradictory to me.

A lot of what he says is basically:
“Just eat meat, go in the sun, be in nature, and everything else is slavery.” Which I understand that if you eat naturally and go out in nature you will live a much better life than working 10hrs a day just to make minimum wage…

But He talks like jobs, business, modern society, and making money are pointless or evil, and that this is the “worst time to be alive.”

But then… why doesn’t he fully live that primal lifestyle himself?

He still uses a computer, internet, headphones, YouTube, Telegram subscriptions, donations, also got a hair transplant. He makes money by reacting to people online and criticizing their lifestyles while still depending on the same modern system he talks down on.

That’s the part I don’t understand.

And honestly, money absolutely matters in today’s world. Yeah, money is technically a man made concept, but that doesn’t suddenly make it useless. Money gives freedom, comfort, security, opportunities, and access to experiences that people living fully “primal” lifestyles simply do not have.

For eg- if you have money, you can move somewhere beautiful like Switzerland or Iceland places with insane natural scenery, clean air, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, low pollution, safer environments, and overall high quality of life. You can own a nice villa surrounded by nature while still having comfort, healthcare, clean food, heating, transportation, and safety for your family.

You can travel the world, spend time with your kids, live near nature without needing to hunt animals every day just to survive, die from simple infections that are easily treatable today, watch your family starve during harsh seasons, or spend your entire life struggling just for basic survival (bunch of other things as well but you get my point) actually reduce stress long-term because your family is secure.

People act like modern comfort is automatically bad, but humans have always tried to reduce suffering and increase comfort. Yeah I know many are getting disconnected from nature and being in their homes all the time. That I do agree.

I feel like balance makes more sense:
Eat healthy natural food get sunlight, touch grass, get connected to nature more, avoid ultra processed garbage, stay active but also work, build something, make money, and create a comfortable life for yourself and the people around you.

You don’t need to reject modern society completely just because processed food and social media messed some things up.

Thoughts on goatis advice?

Since alot of people here know about goatis, Im posting it here. I agree with a lot of Goatis’ advice when it comes to stuff like eating better, getting sunlight, being in nature, avoiding processed garbage, raw milk/raw meat, all that type of shit. Compared to the average modern lifestyle where people are obese, sit inside all day, doomscroll, watch Netflix, and eat ultra processed garbage, obviously his advice is way better than that.

But some of his other takes genuinely make no sense to me

I’ve seen clips of him saying humans shouldn’t leave their comfort zone because it’s “unnatural,” or that money isn’t real, or that people shouldn’t exercise or compete so much. And honestly I don’t get that mindset at all

Even if you go way back in history, men were never just sitting around in nature eating meat and doing nothing all day. Humans always had a conquering mindset. Men competed, explored, built things, hunted, fought wars, gained status, protected their families, and pushed themselves constantly. That drive to improve, compete, dominate, and become stronger is literally natural too, especially if you’re a high testosterone masculine guy with ambition

And the whole “money isn’t real” thing sounds cool philosophically until real life hits. Because in reality, if you want to live comfortably, raise children properly, take care of your family, have freedom, and avoid constant stress, then yeah, you need money. How else are you supposed to provide a good life for the people around you? You can’t just ignore that part of reality

I definitely think health, nature, good food, sunlight, and avoiding modern garbage are important as fuck. But acting like that’s ALL there is to life seems weird to me. There’s also purpose, ambitio, achievement, building something meaningful, becoming successful, gaining respect/status, and becoming capable overall and all that shi y’all get me right

Like yeah, being healthy and connected to nature is better than being some miserable obese dude consuming garbage 24/7. But at the same time, I don’t understand this mindset where people act like ambition, hard work, competition, and wanting more out of life are somehow “unnatural.”

Maybe I’m misunderstanding his message??

What am I supposed to do to prevent tanning

For white people I think they look better with a tan, but I’m mixed race and have a pretty light brown skin tone. I remember when I used to play outside a lot as a kid and my skin got very dark. I obviously want to get sun exposure for the benefits, but I don’t want my face and neck to become dark again. Sunscreens are full of chemical bullshit, so I don’t want to use them. I saw a guy Oscar Patel saying you can use non nano zinc oxide. What do you guys think, is that fine? Or what else should I do abt it

Is the raw primal diet best for maxxing out your looks?

I’ve been eating mostly cooked red meat, eggs, and seasonal fruits for the past 4 months, and I’ve noticed my face looks way less bloated, sharper, and a lot of my acne has cleared up.

I’m 17, so I can’t fully switch to a raw primal style diet since I still live with my parents and they’re against it. I could technically eat raw meat sometimes secretly in my room from now onwards because now I take the delivery of the meat myself and I can just say that I cooked it myself but it will still be very hard to do that

Do you guys think a raw diet would noticeably improve facial appearance and skin compared to my current diet of cooked red and sometimes white meat, eggs, and fruit? Or am I already getting most of the benefits from what I’m eating now because I already am seeing a big difference from my current diet.

Itching all over body after drinking raw milk

So I recently tried raw milk for the first time and drank about 2 glasses at once. Within a bit of time, I started getting itching all over my body (not just one spot, like everywhere)

It’s been lingering for a full day now which is kinda weird. No major other symptoms, just this persistent itching.

Has anyone else experienced this from raw milk?
Is this like a normal “adjustment” thing or more like a mild allergic reaction?

Would appreciate any similar experiences or advice
