Is there a free trial available? I thought they offered 7 day free trials, but I can't find it.

I recently installed the Govee Ceiling Light Pro and love the device. I was curious about the brightness setting. Even at 1% brightness, the light is still very bright. Is this expected or do I have something wrong? The workaround I have found is when I want dimmed light is to turn off the main light of the unit and just use the ring light that fires toward the ceiling. Just curious as to others experiences. Thanks!
