I still need some tuning on the z offset for a good first layer, but how is my top layer?

I bought yet another cheap printer as a project, this time a 50 euro Guider 2. I've use both the Flashforge slicer and Orca, both claiming a Benchy boi will take around 2:20, but it actualy prints it in just over an hour with all the stock settings. Is this "normal", non of my other printers do this. It does print at differant speeds, like the first layer, infill, walls, all that stuff, so it does read the speeds the .gcode file specifies. Does anyone els have this "issue"?
So I picked this old thing up for 80 euro, mostly as a somewhat cheap base to experiment with (I have 2 much more modern printers) The first benchy is taking 1 hour and 28 minutes according to Orca (nothing has been calibrated yet FYI) Does anyone have experience with this specific printer, and do you have any tips on what to do, and what not to do? I have read somewhere on Reddit it was possible to "flash klipper onto it", but that sounds way to easy to be true One of the first mods I'm thinking of is installing a magnetic PEI sheet and get rid of the glass build plate
