I’ve got a portable fan that is also a flashlight and can be used as a portable charger. I do have another portable charger that is specifically meant for charging stuff.
The westjet restrictions say you can only bring one portable charger per person. Would this portable fan thing count towards that or could it be classified as a rechargeable battery powered device? Would I be able to take both on?
I‘ve been looking for a good pair of everyday runners. I’m going on a trip in a bit that will probably involve a lot of walking, so I’d like something that will be supportive and comfortable for that. Aside from that, while I do go for runs occasionally and would like something that’s not bad for that, I’m more focused on the everyday use.
I have tried on both the Clifton 10 and the Bondi 9. I preferred the Bondi as it felt more comfortable, however the Clifton certainly wasn’t bad. That being said, the Bondi’s are more expensive, and I’ve seen more sales for the Clifton’s. Based on this, I’m not sure if it would be better to just get the Bondi’s at full price, or to get the Clifton’s at a discount.
On top of that, I’ve noticed that Hoka has a student discount. I am in university, however I’m not actively taking classes over the summer, so I’m not sure if I’d actually be able to use that. If anyone has used this in the past or has more info on it, that would be greatly appreciated.
I’m going on a trip this summer that will involve a lot of walking. They won’t be my primary shoes, but I’m looking for a good pair of sandals to bring along.
Ideally I’d like something that can be either classy or casual depending on how it’s styled, and I like neutral colours.
I’ve been interested in Birkenstocks as I like that kind of style (Arizona, Milano), however I’m not sure how comfortable they would be for a decent amount of walking. As a bonus with those though, I know I would wear them a lot outside of this trip as well.
I‘d love to hear any recommendations, or opinions on Birks!
