ORDER DELIVERY ON PRIORITY
I ordered Nike Sneakers from Culture Circle but the size is not fitting. So I ordered a new pair with a different size thinking I will return the first pair Only that I didnt know there is no direct option to return. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and they said exchange will happen but it will take time. Came to reddit only to see it will take almost a month and the customer care asked me to cancel the new order also. I have to fly out in the next 7 days and I cant get to make them deliver my order on priority. All l want is either my new order gets delivered on priority and first order gets cancelled and refunded immediately. This is extremely time sensitive and I really hope their customer service can be more responsive.
