Currently writing my first spicy book. I’m on the second draft and have just completed the first spicy scene.

Looking for someone to read it and let me know what they think! Any volunteers please let me know!

For context the book is following a widowed single mother’s who’s caught the attention of an under cover agent following a serial killer in the area.
This is their first proper 🌶️ moment 😬🤣

Writing a scene where the FMC is describing the MMC and mentions skin tone can someone let me know if this would be okay or could pass as offensive as this is NOT what I want.
Any other advice on this section welcome to haha 😝

My inner voice immediately screams that this somehow makes the situation even worse.
The man is a lethal combination of warm caramel-brown skin and dark black hair that curls slightly on top, faded short around the sides perfectly, deep brown eyes framed by thick lashes and a long scar that cuts diagonally through his left eyebrow, giving him a roughness that should take away from his altractiveness not add to it. But it does.

God really does have favourites.”

So I’m currently writing a spicy book based on an agent working a case following a serial killer in a small town and falls for a widow he meets there.

It’s very plot heavy so just looking for opinions.

As a spicy reader myself my preference is spice alongside a good plot.
But I’m just wondering if other people just want spice and plot as background? Or does it depend what mood you’re in?😆😅

I’ve had dreams of writing my own book for years but lacked the concentration and motivation(Thanks ADHD!) anyway I’ve got my shit together I’m medicated now and its one thing i actually really want to accomplish.

Im almost finished my first draft of my book and really looking for someone to speak to and share ideas with ?
