Currently at a company where only a few people are actually crushing it and everyone else is struggling.
It seems that these days it’s all about which accounts you have, and sometimes not even the territory can save you.
Every place I look, it seems like nobody’s really hitting quota except for a few. And it seems like there’s so much competition and very few reps actually doing well.
Is this the future of the industry?
My govee lights weren’t working, the colors on the back of the screen weren’t matching the screen. After many attempts I finally held the power button and the middle button 4 times and then it finally started to match again.
