Severe migraine for 4 days

I’m new to this sub. I’ve had migraines throughout my life but never like this before. I’ve had a severe migraine for fours days and have not been able to work or drive because of it. I saw my PCP on day two who gave me rizatritan. I took two doses two hours apart with no relief. The following day I still had 9/10 sharp head pain and my PCP sent me to the ER. They gave me a migraine cocktail with IV fluids, Benadryl, solumedorl, and reglin which gave me no relief. They then give me Dilaudid, which helped slightly, got me to an 8/10. I woke up very early this morning with intense 10/10 it was difficult to stop wailing and screaming. I took Zofran so I wouldn’t throw up and then took the oxycodone that the emergency room sent me home with. I’m sitting at a 7/10 now but it’s getting worse as the day goes on. I’m trying to figure out what to do now before I see my neurologist on Tuesday other than just rationing the oxycodone. I also am not sure what to ask for when I see the neurologist. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am new to this type of migraine. Any recommendations will be well received. Thank you!
