I have recently booked a unit at TRL. Getting documents verified from my lawyer. Sales team says sale agreement will be given only after I pay the remaining of 10% downpayment. Wanted to know from people who have got the sale agreement. When did you get the agreement and any points in the agreement that you felt sketchy and got it amended?

Any thoughts about this project? What is the current base price/sqft? Does it have appreciation potential?
