Me and my roommate are both looking for someone to take over our leases for Valentine Commons. The rent is $615/month and is all-inclusive. I can cover the re-letting fee as well.

The apartments are walkable from campus, have a gym, low rent, and recently refurbished. The floor plan is a 4x4, with two signed male students, so keep that mind please. I just got off the waitlist as a transfer student to UNC, and I need somewhere to live. Me and my roommate both got in, so we are looking to see if anyone would like to live together for an apartment or if anyone needs their lease taken over.
