I found out that I'm losing money on international orders 😓

I just found out that I'm actually losing money on international orders. I sell stickers at $5.50 each. For some reason people have been ordering 1 sticker and paying for shipping to Australia or the UK (I'm a US based shop). Previously I thought well it's fine, they want to pay $23 for shipping for one sticker that's okay. I thought I was still making money.

Until I saw that etsy has been calculating their fees after they include the shipping cost... meaning on these orders I'm paying $6.50 in fees, making less than $2 in "profit". After considering the cost of packaging materials, labels and time, I'm losing money on these orders.

I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to offer international shipping for single stickers anymore but not sure if I can turn that off. Should I just refund & cancel international orders that are only one single sticker?

My 17 yr old got bloodwork showing kidney infection, vet just wants a urine sample + oral antibiotics at home. Have a trip planned this week & I'm very nervous about leaving her at home.

Hi all.

My sweet senior girl (17 yrs old) has not been well lately. She's been battling thyroid issues for a while and is on methimizole 1/2 tablet 2x a day for it. Her appetite comes and goes for months now.

The past month she lost weight and was eating less. I tried giving her appetite stimulant from the vet and it just makes her irritable and crazy. She eats a bit here and there, and drinks water, but she sounds worse lately than she has been.

She started sneezing and had a cold, runny nose so I took her to the vet for that and they did her senior bloodwork again, which they called and said it looks like a kidney infection possibly. They told me that I have to bring them a urine sample (I am having a hard time collecting this atm) to see fi they want to continue her on doxyclycine (shes on it now for the cold).

At first I was like, sure okay, but I looked it up and this condition seems a lot more serious than expected. A lot of posts saying cats need IV fluids and hospitalization right away to flush the system and get it working for the anti biotics to kick in?

Problem is I don't live in a town that has any overnight vet services, closest one if 3 hours away. My partner and I also planned a trip this week for their birthday and we already made reservations. We won't be too far, so we could come home early if needed.

What I'm making this post about asking for advice is that do you think the vets are not treating her condition seriously? I wonder why their reaction wouldn't be to immediately bring her in for IV fluids right away?

She's very small and her meows are getting weaker. I'm really worried about her. She does eat a bit, and she does drink and use the litter normally still. She can jump up on surfaces fine. She seems more lethargic than usual though and is extremely thin, at about 5 lbs which was down a lb from last visit. She will meow for food but barely eat much of it, and sometimes throws up, maybe a few times a week (she has been doing this for years due to thyroid though so I didn't think it was an urgent symptom)
