Help please. My Girlfriend is about to have a mental breakdown.

So really hoping for some help or any ideas because we have no idea what to do. The doors on our house are too small to remove the appliances(fridge and oven) even with removing the doors and handles.

This is been a nightmare house since we began the process of selling it. Our "friend" lived here and we had to spend 40k on repairs to the house. This is the final thing we need to get done before putting it on the market and moving on from this nightmare.

Edit: some measurements. The door to kitchen is 26inches with door removed, front door is 32 inches but the only doors leading to kitchen are only 20(!) Inches. We have tried removing the doors and handles on both appliances and the door to the kitchen. Really appreciate all the serious responses
