This is my white whale.

There are plenty of tape measures that have 16ths on one side and and engineering (increments of .1 feet) scale on the other, but I've yet to find one that has tenths on an inch on one side.

Has anyone seen a tape like this? Could someone drop a link to one?

Is there a service that lets you customize your tapes and what gets printed on it?

My wife and I have been considering getting a cat for years. we both had cats growing up, but haven’t ever had one of our own.

This morning, a beautiful stray came up to my wife while she was in the yard and refused to leave.

We’ll be taking him to the vet on Monday to see if he has a chip. He’s very friendly, but was pretty dirty, so the jury is out on whether he was owned or not.

We’re leaning towards Mr. Bingley as the name (From Pride and Prejudice), but we are still open to anything.

Also, dang, just look at those eyes!

Hello!

I've dabbled in making games several times for the last many years, but always bounce off after finishing a tutorial or hitting a wall I can't get past.

So finally I've made a game from scratch (ish) start to, well, not finished, and I'm pretty elated.

It still needs a ton of work like level transitions and music (god, I'm horrible with the sound editor), but the bones are there and I feel like I've set myself up to easily add things.

I'd love any feedback. I'm just taking a stabs at best practices. Like, I forgot to make variables local basically every time.
