A kitten appeared in front of my house, would appreciate quick feedback

Is this a wild cat and would she be able to survive in the wild alone? My parents have a cat allergy, so we can’t take her in. She’s calm but really scared

Update: We‘ve given her both (sadly only dog) food and water, we will leave it outside for the entire night and tomorrow a colleague is going to hopefully pick her up, hopefully she’ll be back. I could cry, but my parents won’t allow me to pick her in at all and just berate me that she’s going to be fine. She ate a lot for a small one, maybe a bit too much, but she definitely needs it, poor girl was nothing but bones. My dog and her are getting along, at least they don’t attack each other and are only vary. I looked at rescue options and they’re all closed currently, emergency ones don’t pick up, I left a voice mail just in case. Sadly probably won’t have any option but leave her outside over night, I’ll try my best setting up a proper shelter in a proper area

Update Update: We set up a place with a blanket and water (no food given she already a lot and she shouldn’t be eating too much at once currently) in a small outside wood shack, it’s protected from rain and wind. I just hope she stays there tonight and doesn’t wander off. I showed her everything and I did my best. I hope she’ll be here tomorrow.

URGENT: If anybody is able to adopt this cat please contact me immediately, it’s located near Leer, Germany. I can’t sustain her with my lifestyle (studying, no mobility etc) and I keep getting belittled by my own parents for caring so much about her and them saying I need to sustain it all on my own which I simply can’t. I am sitting here crying next to this beauty, all I want is to for that sweetheart to have a better life, I hope somebody can give that better than me. She’s cuddly and really trusting, doing well with other animals.

Update after the night: She isn’t there anymore. I looked everywhere for her, even went around the street just in case, but nothing. Please someone tell me she’ll come back to me when she’s in need, I feel like I failed her. I hope she comes back so I can take proper care of her. I hope she at least had a nice, comfortable night, she definitely drank her water given it’s a bit lower than when I put it there, but damn I hope she’s okay, I hope she comes back and I hope I didn’t do her wrong. I am sorry little kitty. Thanks for everybody that messaged me and would be willing to adopt this baby, I’ll contact all of you once and if she’s seen again.

I heard a meow in the forest and saw a black feral momma cat (we have some feral cats around our forest sometime, but kitten or adult they never come close to humans) but alone from the colour it wouldn’t make sense that it was her kitten. Nevertheless if she was actually the one meowing I would know she’s still close and alive

Unpaid salary in Ticino, advice?

Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because I’m in a bit of a strange and stressful situation with a very small company in Ticino, and I’d really appreciate any general advice or feedback from people who may have dealt with something similar in Switzerland.
I started working with them in December 2025, but my official employment contract only started in February 2026. It’s a 30% executive assistant role, mostly remote. The person I work for is also the owner of the company, and because of some health issues he has, we rarely meet in person.
Everything was fine at the beginning, but recently his behaviour changed completely. I later found out that he has also had serious mental health issues and has been hospitalised several times, including recently. I did not know this when I started working with him.
The problem now is that I still have not been paid my May salary. I have already given my one month’s notice in writing, as required by my contract. On top of that, he has been insulting and threatening me, so I have stopped direct communication and I’m keeping screenshots/messages/evidence of everything.
I have spoken to a lawyer, who suggested sending a formal letter asking for the unpaid salary and also making it clear that, because of the threats and insults, he should not contact me directly anymore unless it is through proper company channels. I was also told it may be worth contacting the police just to ask what they recommend.
Has anyone dealt with unpaid salary or threatening behaviour from an employer in Switzerland/Ticino before? I’m not really sure what the practical next steps usually are here, especially because the company is very small and the owner seems to be the only person managing everything.
Any advice or experience would be really appreciated. Thank you.
