The person I bought those rails from apparently had them mounted the wrong way. (the left rail on the right and vice versa)
Do you know any good way to get them apart. I can't reach the lever which should as far as I know be visible here and should release them. (they are as far extended as they go.

I get really dysphoric when working out next to all these stereotypical cis men. But I still want to do upper body workouts because I really enjoy them.

My old school is going to buy a new PA System for use in multiple locations.
We are going to do a PA shootout, but we need some guidance, which speakers could be an option. We are also thinking about building something ourselves. Furthermore, we have access to tools, is it possible to build something with our needed specs, except for the Powered step of course, with that budget. And would it sound better than the option of buying something new?
Minimum specs:
We were really happy with KS-audio CPD 10 / CPD 12, but these are way out of budget.
The QSC tops we rented did not convince us sound quality wise.
We are now mostly looking at RCF 912 / 932 A / nx 912-A and the H&K Linear 5 lineup.
Which other speakers would come to your mind, also looking at the used marked.
We were for example looking at some used powered Kling&Freitag Speakers.

I finally decided to glue all of my key caps to the switches because it's really annoying to have them falling out during programming. For some time I had a tube of glue with me on all jobs. But I only glued a few keys.
I just tink this issue is extremely annoying and the picture is just worth sharing.
But as far as I'm informed this issue with key caps falling off only applys to early models.
I did my third Timecode Show yesterday, but I noticed that the lighting was not as tight as usual during the Show.
My Setup:
Reaper (LTC) --> Console DirOut --> LTC in MA3 Command Wing
(Fallback: Reaper (MTC) --> RTP Midi --> MA On PC)
MA On Pc --> Artnet --> Mikrotik network --> Prolights Astra wash 19 pix --> DMX out
During programming with exactly this Setup the TC was really tight but during show I noticed that the lighting was partially early partially late. Like up to half a beat. After the show I replayed some of it and it was tight again.
Where do you think the issue lies? What do you think would fix this drift?
