I'm 30 weeks pregnant with our third baby. He has been going outside until dark/ away from the family not helping me with the kids at all on his free time. He hardly buys groceries, clothes for the kids, toys ect. I'm a stay at home mom and have no idea what his finances even look like, It's completely withheld from me.
I confronted him today about how distant he's been and how he hasn't been providing for the kids how he used to and he told me "if I don't like it then I can leave"

He was texting a lot during our argument and I asked to see who he was texting, he got highly defensive, stuck his finger in my face and told me "he's not showing me shit and he doesn't owe me shit" ran out the door and started walking down the road. He came back 10 minutes later and "proved" he wasn't doing anything by showing me his texts (he obviously deleted them on his little walk) and I just don't know what to do.
We had broken up for a summer a couple years ago and gained a "work wife/best friend" in the time. He completely was wrapped around her finger, became an alcoholic and was going out with her a bunch. I ended up getting pregnant when we were "trying to work it out" (aka he was torturing me, wouldn't stop hanging out with her, was ditching me for her constantly, I was finding receipts for 2 from restaurants and he was straight up lying to me the entire time and treated me like shit) We moved into a house together and I found an adderall wrapped up in a gift receipt from her during that pregnancy. It was his birthday and he never even brought the shit home, it was candy, a shirt, alcohol, $50 and a card. I was so pissed off that I went to their work to confront her after she blocked me when I tried reaching out online, which ultimately got him fired. This was last April, her number has been blocked since then, the last time I checked was 3 months ago and it was still actively blocked. I asked to see his block list today and her number was not listed on there anymore so I believe he's talking to her again. I don't even know what to fucking do at this point. I feel so fucking helpless and alone being a stay at home mom and pregnant. Someone please just validate my feelings or something.
