Does anyone else hate the way field Nation does acceptance versus rejection emails?

This is something that drives me absolutely insane with them;

If we are assigned to take it by a client, it gives us the ticket number and City only in the body of the email. No date time or title information.

Meanwhile, if the client assigned somebody else or pulls the ticket from the marketplace, it gives us the title, city, and scheduled time, of a ticket that you're not going to be going to.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have these data points swapped? Or is this just some design that is intended specifically to annoy the crap out of all of us? Especially since, at least in my case, when I try to load the ticket it takes almost 15 seconds for the stupid field Nation website to load.

When changing the fuel filter..

How do you all deal with all the diesel that spills everywhere? I've tried draining it beforehand but I can't figure out how to do that. And then I have no idea what to do with the quarter so that comes out of the housing because I can't mix it with oil or turn it in anywhere.

Anyone else had this?

Basically, had a dispute with a buyer. The 'End Client' was pissed at THEM for their utter incompetence.

Long story short; closing out a ticket. Called in, got an assistant, got called back 5 minutes later by the work order manager.
Literally, dude says, Hi [Sid] I have [Name] on the line, please talk to them. No introduction of who we were, no information about why were were conferenced together. *NOTHING*
Well, [Name] is the end client IT that I'd already spoken to, been given a closeout code from, and had uploaded said code and all photos to the platform AND told the assistant when I left a message.

Both end client and I were completely confused and frustrated because as far as we were concerned, we'd finished with each other and the problem was fixed. We both were frustrated and ended up hanging up on the work order manager.

I opened a problem ticket with FN for unprofessional behavior on the part of the buyer, and FN basically told me they would not do anything (to include refusing to cancel the ticket), my rating dropped 4 points and this blurb popped up on my BSS.

And of course because it is technically 'anonymous', there is no way to dispute it.

Some of the buyers man, just have to avoid. But it sucks that they can lie outright and you have no recourse (I have a 1 star because I refused to continue a multi-week project where the buyer changed the terms of work after week 1, and then refused to pay me for that week.)

Looking for a recommendation

Please let me know if there is a better sub for this question;

I am looking for a holy contained, no internet, no sending data home voice to text transcription software.

I have a copy of dragon I think 13? That I bought a few years back. However, I need or rather want, something on a different computer. I have not been able to find a license for dragon 13, and I do not want to pay quite $700 for a license for 16 professional.

It doesn't need to be freeware, I'm willing to spend up to around $200 on a quality product.

On PC machine learning is fine, but I do not want anything that sends data elsewhere to be crunched.

This is mostly for me to do school work. I don't type nearly as fast as I used to, and it makes it difficult for me to maintain my train of thought when I am writing, to have to constantly rewind my train of thought in order to get the information into text.

Worst customer service

I just got off the phone with Tesla customer service, who told me that they have a note on my file now, that the warranty on my solar system is permanently voided. Because apparently my gateway doesn't report in, and I called in questioning why they suddenly build me for a physically impossible amount of production; 4200 kwh for the month of May on a system with two 3.5 KW inverters.

Apparently the system reported through a neighbor's gateway because mine doesn't work, and because it's not work for so long and hasn't worked the vast majority of the time that they've been in charge of the system, my warranty is gone even though I should have 18 years left.

This is after it took them more than 18 months to replace a failed inverter, because they would not even speak to me about it over the phone, would not speak to me it over email, and would not speak to me about it over the chat. I had to borrow somebody else's smartphone in order to use their app and log into my account to request service

I used to have solar City before they went out of business, and I could view my production and everything else just fine through a web portal. Instead, Tesla has removed all of that. To even log in and pay my bill I have to sign in multiple times because they're billing system is so convoluted that you cannot get to it directly. You have to log into your Tesla account, get redirected to their old SolarCity billing website, login again, and then you can pay your bill.

This entire thing has been ridiculous from the beginning.

I asked them about upgrading my inverters because they were undersized at one point, and they told me that they wouldn't do it. I couldn't even have them remove my existing system and install a whole new one.

The whole company is just absolutely terrible. Worse than any other customer service experience I have ever had to deal with in my life. Even dealing with the IRS is easier than dealing with tesla.

Gen3 regening very frequently

So, over the last 6 months, I've noticed that my vehicle will pop up with the exhaust system regeneration and process continue driving message very frequently. Every 500 to 750 mi, and it runs for about 20 mi or 15 minutes.

Is there any way, whatsoever to check my pre and post levels in my DPF? I never got this message until I was over 100,000 mi on the odometer, and now it is just become a constant thing, sometimes twice per tank.

I am driving highway constantly, to the tune of 4 around 8K miles per month. My idle time is less than 1% of my engine time; I've only added 3 hours of idle since I started watching it, compared to nearly 400 hours of drive time.

I rely on the vehicle for work, and I'm trying to get ahead of any potential problems, especially with the emission system.

▲ 4 r/Garmin

Title; I've had this thing for a few years, and it's starting to fail (I blame the Arizona heat, personally). The Bluetooth won't connect, and traffic hasn't worked in a year now without wifi. I'm looking for something in a similar form factor as I don't have a ton of real estate. Lifetime trafficking maps would be a huge plus as well. And I really like the decl's truck and trailer features compared to the more basic Garmin models especially with the ability to set different speed limits And get accurate ETAs. At least, before the traffic on this one died.

In any case, again, does anybody have a suggestion of a specific model that might work well for me? Setup pic attached.
