Recently we got the chance to interview Baltimore Orioles owner David M. Rubenstein

"From growing up in Baltimore to owning the Orioles." ⚾️

David M. Rubenstein sat down to share the inspiration behind buying his hometown team and writing his new book, Inside the Owner's Box.

Key takeaways: • Buying the O's to help revitalize downtown Baltimore

• Modernizing iconic Camden Yards with massive new upgrades

• Navigating MLB economics & long-term contract risks

• Why competitive balance matters for every fan in baseball

📖 Inside the Owner's Box is out now!

in all serious let me know but ive gotten some mixed signals maybe i was just hearing one side but do we like Trae on the wizards? is it just the contract shunning people away from him? i know you cant have one or the other so is he good for the squad does his talent and mentorship balance that massive contract? becuase ive been seeing people willing to give him up in the expansion draft and its not a crazy take but with the length we have on defense and it being where trae struggles the most i think hes a perfect fit pick in rolls with alex once ad leaves, creating double teams getting AJ, Johnson and George open id say one more big piece away at the SF but i have all the faith in george steeping up and as im writing this i forgot about AJ seesh of course they need time to develop into stars

I got to interview coach earlier in the season and in all my years of watching and playing basketball the amount he is in his players ear during timeouts, free throws and during the game is maybe the most ive ever seen in a coach the video of him running into the locker tells you everything you need to know

I think he is light years better than Bilal
