
Turkey & Swiss wrap with an apricot and sugar-free redbull ~297cals for lunch
-Sugar free redbull (10 cals)
-63g of apricot (~30 cals)
-Wrap made with lavash bread (120 cals), 2 slices of ulta thin Swiss cheese (80 cals), 56g of cracked black pepper turkey breast (~50 cals), baby spinach (I don't measure it out, I just always enter it in my app as 1 cup of spinach and they calculate it as (7 cals), and original yellow mustard (0 cals)
The wrap could be made lower cal with a low carb tortilla which is like half the calories (or less) of the lavash bread, but this is what I had (and the lavash bread has more protein)
