Why does Sysco insist in the placement of the spout on such an annoying spout. It’s bad enough we purchase from them but THIS THING IS THE BANE TO MY OIL REFILL EXPERIENCE (obviously not that bad of deal I just want to shit talk Sysco and I just find it annoying to refill)

What’s up y’all, so for about 6 months I’ve had no medical care (I make to much apparently) My question is how do you guys get around with no health insurance ? I tried getting Cali’s medical insurance but that alone is not an option financially right now. I try to cut out breads when I can and eat keto but everything just feels so expensive and outright impossible to do. From eating right, finding time to workout and even sleep everything feels difficult
to maintain or as a matter of fact but insulin’s as well. I can’t find a doctor that’s cheap enough to see me so I can get a note to buy insulin. Any advice is appreciated
