I need help and I don’t know what to do

I’ve had visual snow for 5 years so since I was 15. I was able to adjust to my symptoms after a few months and had lived a normal and happy life since then.

Fast forward to a month ago and I put on a new pair of glasses only for it to cause my vision to twitch and sway even with my eyes still, kind of like oscilepsia.

It’s been getting worse by the hour for the past 5 days and I don’t know what to do, I’m barely able to type this and I had to leave work early yesterday and I may have to quit my job.

I fear I’ll be permanently disabled if it keeps progressing and I don’t know what to do, I’m only 20 and my life is already over. I can’t drive, work, game, or watch movies. I’m basically stuck at home and I don’t know if I’ll ever live a normal life again.

Anyone else have oscilepsia?

I’ve had VSS for about 4 years now and just randomly developed Oscilepsia. Everything that’s still moves and twitches/rocks. It makes reading extremely difficult and walking around distressing. Is this even VSS or something else unrelated?

I have an awful tone of voice when I sing and I don’t know how to fix it

Any feedback would be much appreciated

Anyone have a similar symptom?

Hi everyone, as a background I’ve had VSS for 5 years and have all the major symptoms. I’ve grown used to them, but this new symptom is currently destroying me mentally and coping has been extremely difficult.

essentially a couple weeks ago I tried on a new pair of glasses that I had just received. After maybe 20 minutes my vision started shaking, similar to nystagmus but my eyes were completely still.

It was almost like a heat wave effect when looking over hot air. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and it has yet to go away.

It mostly affects my center vision and makes reading very difficult. Still images look wavy and distorted but it doesn’t affect moving ones.

I just wanted to see if anyone on here has experience anything similar and if they have any updates for how it has progressed

Does anyone else have drifting/dizzy vision?

I’ve noticed that when I stare at a point my vision starts to drift around like I’m looking through hot air or just above a fire. Has anyone else noticed this?
