What’s your OTE vs What you ACTUALLY make?

Tired of hearing about those hitting over quota. What are those of you under quota actually making?

200k OTE, 50/50 split, make $160k consistently.

Thomson Reuters AE Thoughts

TR seems to always have AE and AM positions posted. I’m currently towards the end of an interview process for AE in the Corporate/Risk/Fraud and expect an offer. Honestly, I’ll take it because where I’m at now I’m on the way out.

What thoughts or advice do people have? I’m honestly not counting on hitting OTE, but am hoping this place isn’t a PIP factory?

Looking to move from Enterprise SaaS sales - talk to me about hours

I’m best at high volume, face to face sales where there isn’t months and months of waffling. I’ve been highly successful in Cell Phone retail sales and Banking.

I’ve got a lead on a roofing sales position that works with inbound leads. I’m financially prepared to navigate the first year, but the schedule has me concerned. I know year 1 will be a grind but is it normal to get some semblance of a M-F, 9-5 by year 2 or 3?

Any advice welcome!
