Anywhere to just buy the physical game with no controller?

Is there anywhere to see what all the scaling symbols mean? I think i know a few, like physical scaling and magical scaling, then the green heart im guessing is scaling off your health, what do all the other ones mean? I see a lot of odd symbols here and there that I'm not sure what they scale off of

What do you do if you are required to come in before most of the mail (85%) is thrown? Also how do you prove it? PM wants us to come in earlier because she doesn't like waiting for us at the end of the day ( which she doesn't, she leaves at 5 and tells the last person in to lock up), but coming in that early means not a lot of mail is thrown yet. She tells us to sort our packages and load our vans while we wait on mail. Even after loading our vans with packages we come back in case what they threw and end up having to keep going to get a very small amount of mail over and over. What are the exact rules for this situation?
