Was wondering if anyone else dealt with consistently rude experiences at Shake Smart? I left my Poly Card there and my friend told me like 2 weeks later because I honestly didn’t even notice and when I got there apparently they ended up throwing it away?? And when i asked they asked the manager and she was so rude abt it she was like oh yeah I prob threw it away sorry. Like it had barely been 2-3 weeks I don’t use my Poly card everyday so that was super annoying and I had to pay for a new one too. Recently I went again and this girl at the front was like “hold on” when I went up and was just standing there writing something down for like 10 mins and when someone else took my order she asked me my name, I gave it to her, she said the wrong name back to me, I gave her my name again, she ignored it and then proceeded to say “did you mean this name?” Like I just said it back to you…😭 and then I said yes and then she goes next time make sure you put down your full name not a nickname. Like what??

I’m sorry if you love it but it literally has no point I couldn’t even get past 20 minutes of listening to the first episode. It’s basically just Tana sucking her own dick constantly talking about her own growth and how different she is which I admit is true to an extent but it just gives narcissistic. And then I thought the Imari episode wouldn’t be that bad and then the first 20 minutes was her TALKING ABOUT HERSELF and she totally clickbait’s the title too. I feel like her and Brooke had such a good balance like I love this new era for her but I can’t constantly listen to her talk about how amazing and transformed she is now like we get it. Talk about anything else? Like learning how to drive, buster, Hawaii, ANYTHING but her “book” and her “brand safe era”. Waiting for Brooke’s podcast to see if it’ll be any better
