What is the optimal amount of protein in a store-bought protein shake? 20 grams? Less/more?

We're students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade conducting academic market research on consumer preferences for protein drinks and functional dairy products in Austria.

The survey covers things like:

• Which protein formats you buy and where
• Flavour and texture preferences
• Price sensitivity
• Interest in functional ingredients like creatine, caffeine and collagen in RTD drinks
• A few product comparison matchups (this vs. that)
