I come to you guys yet again asking a question lol so like I love salamander green always been a fan of green however I also love purple. Now I know the Krakenguard is a successor chapter and is purple, now the questions is, is it okay for me to paint maybe 1 or 2 models in a unit purple like a kraken guard and the rest still be green? Like the unit mightve taken a casualty and they called up the successor chapters and say hey I need a replacement fast can you send someone. Just want to know if it's not like tournament legal then I'll probably still do it because I think it's cool lol thank again guys, always grateful for the overwhelming support and answers and advice I get on this sub. What do you guys use to paint eyes?? I freaking have tried the smallest possible brush i have which is like a 5/0 but I just can't seem to get it right. Any tips or tricks?

My local game store has a Imperial fist combat patrol for a $170. Or I can order a Dark Angel's combat patrol for around 130I have adrax and a 5 man squad. Of infirnus Marines, I'm leaning towards The dark angels and using the extra 40 on another squad of something or a leutenant what should I do

I have Adrax, and 5 infernus marines. I'm looking to get a combat patrol to get closer to 500 points so I can play with my friends, BUT also use the units for my future 1k and 2k list. I figured Dark Angels would be best, but do you guys have any other recommendations?

Hey guys I'm still really new to the game, and I was just curious. I plan on getting the dark angels combat patrol soon and it comes with a captain in Gravis armor. Could I use that captain as just a regular old captain? Because he can't lead any of my units so I thought I'd put him with intercession. Thanks in advance, God bless you all. Who's excited for 11th Ed? I haven't played a single game of any edition yet so I'm just curious how much will change and what can I avoid buying just because of the new edition coming. I know someone mentioned that the atv is probably being retired, and I don't plan on buying any books or anything anyway because pdfs rock lol
