Is this too much timing belt play?

D17a2 Engine only has 80k miles 😪
Bought this as a parts car, I knew the was blown but haven’t actually started it until now.
Previous owner blew the head gasket, let it run out of coolant, then overheated enough to cause rod knock, super unfortunate
Would you rebuild it?
As the title states, the d17 is burning hella oil.
Blue smoke coming out the back and everything
Headgasket is good, egr is unplugged, pcv is cleaned out, still blue smoke
Is the engine done?
189k miles, couldn’t even hit 200k smh 🤦
Curious is there any black seat belt upper mounting points, I have yet to see any in civic’s
Obviously they could be spray painted black, but it would rub off pretty quick
D17A2 engine, manual transmission, 190k miles
I get a misfire between 1.5k-2.7k rpm under load with a FLASHING engine light and a P0300 code (random misfire). The car has new spark plugs, coils, and air filter. Additionally, the header-cat gasket blew out so I’m assuming the catalytic converter is clogged.
Since it’s a random misfire I’m thinking it’s not injectors
The car idles perfectly so I’m thinking it’s not a vacuum leak
Would it likely be fuel delivery and/or clogged fuel filter?

Bought a project car, 2005 civic LX d17a1
The car came with no exhaust, bought a full aftermarket stock equivalent exhaust (with cat)
Also bought these 02 sensors from eBay, yet I’m still getting P0135 (same code I was getting when I ran it with no exhaust)
The downstream 02 sensor isn’t throwing a code anymore though
I know the upstream in the 04 05 require a AFR sensor, which is why I specifically looked for an 04 05 02 sensor kit.
Any ideas? Right now I’m thinking it’s just because it’s a cheap sensor from eBay.
It will only start if I give it a little gas, then I have to keep giving it gas to keep it running or else it will die.
Yesterday it started and idled but seemed to run rough, I drained the gas tank and put new gas in it as it had been sitting for over a year. It ran and idled, still ran rough. I let the car warm up and was giving it some revs, then once the RPM fell back down it shut off and has not been able to idle since.
