After waiting 2 months for my Mystery Box I finally received it but the order is not as promised

I request the Culture Circle team to:
• Provide the missing assured item from Fear of God, Kenzo, or All Saints.
After a 2-month wait, receiving an incomplete order along with a defective item is extremely disappointing. I hope the team resolves these issues at the earliest.
My order id is 26042318363954 and it’s been more then 35 days and there is no proper update. I would really appreciate a proper update and exact shipping date and if there is any issue with my order I would really appreciate refund
