Hey guys, this post is specifically for dessert enthusiasts and chefs who plan to own a dessert store.

I have lived in Melbourne for my university years and been in India since the past 1.5 years.

I crave Mochi ice cream here but it’s almost non existent except at food outlets that sell pre-made frozen mochis that are not even the real deal. I ate mochi every other day in Melbourne and there were huge lines for it.

I really want to serve that here in Delhi and looking for a partner who knows more about food ( mochi or ice creams a plus) than me.

Building a platform to fix how people get custom services where the markets are scattered, supply is fragmented and untrustworthy, and a lot of confusion exists.

Focusing on one service segment at a time to prove market fit. Starting with Glass and aluminium installations.

I am non technical, looking for both technical and hands on marketing partners to build this.

Have set vendors in Gurgaon, North Delhi and Dwarka.

This will be extremely execution heavy, I spend my days going around the city till night to build the foundation and expect you to be all in with me and be present physically, preferably in Gurgaon or Noida as that is our main target area. (I live 1.5 hours away from both spots, near Model Town)

Experience doesn’t matter but is obviously a plus. Being driven, unshakable and having strong opinions is a must. You need to bring your personality into the game and not be like an employee, I have had a couple people that wanted to build the technical side but I would rather hire a developer than work with someone who needs to be spoon fed on what to do.

Also, it’s important to enjoy life, we need to have fun making this.
