First pregnancy: torn between UW NW and Swedish First Hill ob's

Hi all! First pregnancy and I've narrowed it down to Swedish First Hill vs UW Medical Center Northwest, and I'm torn.

I'm leaning UW NW, their midwives and nurses get amazing reviews, and their intervention/C-section numbers are noticeably better than Swedish's for low-risk first births according to hca. My priorities are simple: clinic resources, staff who are kind, able to explain why they're recommending something and respect my wishes (hoping for a natural birth if possible). It's my first time so I don't know what I don't know.

But: I live in Belltown with no car. Swedish is 10 min away; UW NW is up at N 115th, which means a trek for every prenatal visit plus the day-of trip. Also Swedish has the big Level IV NICU on-site, which is reassuring for worst-case scenarios.

Complicating things - I had a bad experience at Swedish before (rude staff, misdiagnosed a fracture as a sprain), so I'm a little wary even though their birth center reviews are very positive.

Anyone delivered at either this year? How was the staff about your birth preferences? Anyone done UW NW car-free from downtown? Would love your opinions, ty! :)

Is this normal customer service in the store?

Went to the store with some questions about transferring my number and everything that entails. I was taking notes and asking clarifying questions throughout the conversation so I could understand what I can and can’t do and what the process looks like, since I have a few extra circumstances. I just wanted to understand the full picture so I wouldn’t get confused later when I got home.
The whole interaction lasted maybe 7 minutes, but the manager got progressively more passive-aggressive the longer I asked questions. At one point she hit me with, “Would you let me finish?” when I tried to clarify something, as if all I was doing was constantly interrupting her and arguing.
Maybe my questions sounded stupid or repetitive to her, but to me they were all different (especially considering I had prepped all my questions in advance). And English isn’t my first language, so if something isn’t explained clearly, I need to ask follow-up questions. I’m literally just trying to understand the full picture.
I work in Ops & IT support myself, and I explain the same thing to people every day. If someone doesn’t get it the first time, I explain it a different way. If they still don’t get it, I explain it again. My goal is for them to leave understanding what they need to do. I honestly don’t get why someone chooses customer service if they don’t have the patience to answer questions from people who aren’t familiar with the process.
I wasn’t asking her to pull a magic trick out of her ass or make an exception for me. I was just asking for general information and about a few different scenarios so I could figure out the best way to handle my situation.
Is this just a bad employee, or is this pretty typical for T-Mobile stores?
