Need your advice or recommendation

I want to study again for bachelors degree program .

For context i am an Old Curriculum 4th year highschool graduate, Due to financial problems hindi na po ako nakapag college and started working agad. Anong program po kaya ang applicable sakin base kasi sa natanungan ko kailangan daw may SHS ako and may isang university pa na nag sabi na for me to be admitted sa Umak College of Continuing, Advanced and Professional Studies kailngan daw na meron akong atleast 1 sem sa college.

my preference po sana is fully online or modular and affordable po sana.
