How do i activate these ott , i bought the bsnl fiber basic ott pack 599 , how do i use these ott like yupp tv and hotsar?

So today the seller responded and said his whatsapp was down , having some login issues apparently, He showed accountability and He has refunded the amount and accepted it was his mistake . I have also asked him to pickup the other jersey . Overall its sorted now.

So this is back to the date before the world cup final when i asked this seller named authentic threads for a lamine yamal 19 spain away jersey. I specifically requested him to make the font bigger size . He then said me customisation takes time and he will dispatch by next week . Exactly i ordered on 10th july and he dispatched it on 22th july after so many messages in which i asked about the status for dispatch. Then the jersey came on 30th . During unpacking i made a video just to be sure and the jersey was already used and foul odour was coming.
I told him the jersey was used and he agreed for an exchange stating the pickup for the used one will be done by Monday 3rd july. (4-5 days after the delivery) and the new jersey will be dispatched by Thursday ( today ) . So today is Thursday and neither the pickup nor dispatch has been done.
Its a horrible experience for me
I paid him 800 on cod and 250 advance for customisation. I feel harrassed and stuck with this guy and since yesterday he has not replied to my messages. The proofs and the chats are attached below. I have all proofs with a video of unpacking too which i also shared with seller . Any advice on what i can do now , i dont even want the new jersey I just want a refund so that i can get out and away from this .
