(36) and (42). Notice a difference?? 😲

I was a BIG boi, but with hard work/determination I overcame the obesity. Over 250lbs has been lost in total. Heck I got all the way down to 130, but I looked too scrawny and ended up bulking up then cutting back down to where I am now (175). Building (and sustaining) the muscle has been so much harder than losing the weight, but I have finally gotten close to where I want to be. I will keep grinding until the end! 😩💪

From 408lbs to 175lbs and counting. You will see a 2nd degree burn on my arm in the later pics that I got at work, but that didn't stop me from continuing the grind 💪 Also I have been suffering from a broken heart. Hopefully this post doesn't get taken down again 😫

M/42/5'9 [408lbs > 178lbs = 230lbs] 3Years total and counting... trying to get down to 168 while keeping my bulk. I had no personal trainer, no skin removal surgery, and used zero fat burners. Don't mind the scars on my arm in the latest pic as I'm recovering from a 2nd degree burn (pics on my page)
