Sorry I'm using this sub to share or rant..whatever.

But I wanted to let everyone know!!

I measured my weight today and guess what!!!!

I have lost 4 kgs!! 😱😱😱

I weighed myself last on 29th May- so in one month I lost 4!!

I didn't know it was possible!!!

I was expecting maybe 1- so scared that I didn't even expect anything.. but felt that I may have lost something... But 4!!??? Omg!!

I'm so happy!!

And thanks guys... It's like an award speech haha.. tara every comment motivated me k!!

And my diet partners Cheers to you for getting me started n followed up with me !!!

Haha I know it's getting weird...

But m so happy ☺️!

Never had experienced or expected this kind of results ever! M literally blushing!!

I know Now I need to focus more in balancing my food, my macros, micros whatever and expercise!!- the bigger part!! But I think m on it now!!
